Virtual Reformer on the Mat

No Reformer? No Problem! Grab a mat, some straps and a ball and we’re ready to go. Get a killer mat workout with the added benefit of resistance training. Part strength, part stretch, part Barre, this is a contemporary hour of Mat work that will keep you coming back. This is a great workout for all levels of fitness.

Pilatabata 30

A little bit of all things cardio plus Pilates.

A combo of Tabata ( cardio intervals) and Pilates( Core strengthening) which in the fitness industry they call Tabatalata, Tracy calls it Pilatabata:)  Tomato, Tomahhhto.  Full body butt kicker!!! 30 min class that will surely get your day started with a good sweat. Let’s do this.

Each class will begin with a warm up, then onto one Tabata set; alternating 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. (Give those 8 rounds 110 percent, and your metabolic rate will stay elevated straight through the slower half of the class.) The rest of the workout includes two full-body sculpting exercises and three Pilates exercises. Repeat once. This will be followed by a cool down and stretch.

30 glorious minutes to stretch your body in ways new and old. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in our joints. This is a wonderful addition to any workout routine.
