1 hour of Contemporary Pilates Reformer in our Canandaigua Pilates studio. Owner of The Movement FLX Tracy Janczak will take you through a variety of Reformer sequences with contemporary flare to offer you a fun, challenging and effective workout. Group, Duo and Private sessions available.

Virtual Reformer

Contemporary Pilates Reformer virtual class in the comfort of your own home. Tracy will take you through a variety of Reformer sequences with contemporary flare to offer you a fun, challenging and effective workout. Unlike recorded workouts, virtual offers feedback and cuing for a safer more engaging hour. See you in the virtual world. Home equipment needed.

In Person Burn at the Barre

No bun or tutu required here! Barre workouts, a national fitness trend, sculpt and tone major muscle groups creating a long, lean physique while improving stamina and increasing flexibility. Burn at the Barre offers all the strengthening benefits—without bulking—using light weights, tubing, Swiss and medicine balls and, of course, barre exercises. Come join us at the barre!
